Prerequisites: This course is open to the general public. IAA Diploma Program students are required to complete the Natal Studies Module before taking this course. This course is one of the electives for IAA Diploma Program students to graduate.
If you are not an IAA Diploma Program student you need a thorough understanding of natal astrology. You may also access this course with no homework, no exams, no credit.
In this course, you will learn the basic principles of horary astrology, including: considerations against judgment, chart radicality, planetary archetypes and their expression, dignities and debilities, and fundamental rules of judgment.
You will gain a step-by-step, structured approach to understanding chart symbolism, enabling you to make interpretations with clarity, confidence, and accuracy.
Specifically, you will learn how to make judgments about important areas of life, such as: relationships, career, health, financial matters, and the search for missing items or people.
Furthermore, you will understand more advanced horary techniques, including the elemental nature of planets, receptions, and planetary dignities, allowing you to obtain nuanced and specific details about the horary question, going beyond simple yes or no answers.
